ENTRY LEVEL LANDSCAPE DESIGNER/ARCHITECT

The following qualifications are preferred but not required for the ideal candidate:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture

Possess 1-5 years of experience performing similar duties

Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders

Ability to follow directions and take initiative

Possess a working knowledge and understanding of Civil 3D and AutoCAD
-
Professional licensure not required.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
-
Preparing site development plans utilizing AutoCAD and Civil 3D
-
Preparing landscape plans and details utilizing Civil 3D
-
Coordination with developers, architects, and government staff
-
General CAD drafting - site, demolition, utilities, etc.
-
Grading, rendering, stormwater modeling
-
Preparing stormwater management plans to comply with MN regulatory guidelines
-
Engineering cost estimates
-
General office management / coordination of duties
